Terms and Conditions (E&OE)

These are the current Terms & Conditions of 'Master Stitch & Dog and Home' on which any order for goods or services will be accepted by Master Stitch & Dog and Home. By placing an order with us you are offering to enter into a contract to which these Terms & Conditions will apply. Please read them carefully and print out a copy for future reference. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. . Retail prices may be changed without notice at any time.

Master Stitch & Dog and Home is a trading name, based at 480 Welbeck road, ne6 2pa, Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK.. All are welcome during working hours. Our telephone number is 0044 074 505 75 032. Placing an Order – Our online shop has been designed to be very simple and we hope that you have no difficulty using it. However if you do experience any difficulty, then please contact us directly by email or telephone before you enter your credit or debit card details and thereby place your order. You may change the details of your order until such time as you respond to a request to enter your card details. When your order is complete and correct, please print out a copy for future reference. Your order, including your credit or debit card details, will be sent to us online via a secure server.

2. Payment - Payment can only be made in Pounds Sterling (GB£). We do not accept payment in any other currency. Accepted payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, Solo and Maestro. via Worldpay and Skrill with whom Dog and Home is contracted for a secured payment system. The customer accepts that Dog and Home Company accepts no responsibility or liability for any failure in the secure online payment system. If you wish to pay by any other method, including cheque or cash, this as to be arranged by email or telephone.. Please note that where payment by any other method is agreed, your order can only be accepted once we are in receipt of cleared funds.

Order confirmation - selecting the Product advertised on the Website by following the procedure set out on the Website.

An order is deemed concluded once payment has been accepted by DogandHome Company and acceptance of the order is provided to the Customer by an e-mail from our company. The Product Page will clearly outline the delivery details.

When your order is accepted, we shall send an order confirmation by email. Please notify us of any discrepancy between the order and the confirmation. .If you do not hear from us within 4 working days, please contact us. You agree that once your order is accepted, we may begin work on it immediately. It is therefore important that care is taken in providing details of your order. Only in certain limited circumstances may we be able to accept adjustments to your order. Please note that orders make to individual measurement (custom order), you have a right to cancel the order only until we begin work on it. Since we may begin work immediately, it is important that you are happy with the details of your order at the outset. Please see below "Returns & Refunds".

Colour, appearance and size - Due to the nature of the materials used, please note that there may be slight variations in the colour, some slight size and appearance of the product is possible.

Delivery times - Once a custom made order has been accepted we shall do our best to despatch the completed item within 10 working days.

The Dog and Home Company shall endeavour to deliver your order within the delivery time frame specified on each Product.( This is highlighted on each Product Page.) If there is going to be a delay in delivery, our Company will advise the Customer by email. In any order of several items individual items may be delivered separately if the customer is happy to accept part delivery of products. The Dog and Home Company will use reliable carriers to ensure safe delivery. The company cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit.

Returns & Refunds - We believe our products are of the highest quality, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you should inform us by email within 7 days of delivery. For items that have not been, customised or made to order, you have a right to cancel the contract and obtain a full refund within 7 days of delivery to you. Our company will refund the full price of the purchase to the customer within 30 days of receipt of the returned product. Refunds on returns will only be permitted, if it is returned,unused, in its original packaging with the receipt (We advise you to retain a note of the number of the receipt for your own records and to obtain proof of postage. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the items. If you suspect your item to be faulty, please contact us, we shall be happy to discuss any suspected fault or error. All goods are in perfect condition when they leave our premises. We cannot be held liable for loss, damage or non-delivery of goods in transit, when the carrier is responsible for them.

Prices - We work hard to ensure that prices displayed on our website are correct. However, it is possible for errors to occur. We will inform you as soon as possible, if we discover an error in the price of goods ordered before your order is accepted, In these case you will have the choice of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it., Your order will be treated as cancelled, If we do not hear from you, You will receive a full refund of any amount already paid, in any such case where the order is cancelled The prices of our products include VAT but do not include delivery charges. They are shown separately for delivery within mainland UK. For delivery outside mainland UK, charges must be agreed separately and acceptance of your order will be subject to this. Delivery and Postage - Most orders are delivered by carriers who will require a signature. If there is likely to be any difficulty in obtaining a signature on delivery then please contact us as soon as possible so that alternative delivery arrangements can be made. Privacy Policy & Data Protection - We do not provide buyers' information to third parties outside the company for marketing purpose unless the customer has indicated that they would like to The Dog and Home do this during the registration process. Our company shall always obtain the buyer’s permission for any use of personal data at any time and the Customer will always be entitled to opt out of that consent at any time.

Copyright, Trademark, Patent and other Intellectual Property - Please note that our products, publications relating to our products may be subject to copyright, trademark, patents and must not be used otherwise than as clearly intended without notice to us and express permission, in writing.
